An applicant who believes he or she is entitled to 退伍军人’ Preference in employment shall indicate such preference on the application form.
The applicant claiming preference is responsible for providing required documentation at the time of making an application for a vacant position, 或在空缺公告截止日期之前.
Intentional misrepresentation of any claim for preference shall disqualify the applicant from claiming 退伍军人’ Preference on future applications, 如果被雇用, 应受到雇主的纪律处分, 包括解雇.
